Rishi Arora, PGDBM in Management and Rural Marketing, began his career in manufacturing before moving into the social sector. As Program Director at Piramal Foundation, he led initiatives across multiple states, merging corporate strategy with social purpose to uplift marginalized communities and promote sustainable livelihoods.

Dr. Gurendra Bhardwaj, Professor of Economics at NIIT University, began his research in Uttar Pradesh studying NABARD's role in rural development. With 20+ years of teaching and advisory experience, he has contributed to socio-economic policy and mentored generations of students in academia.
